What is the difference between General Admission and The Garden Experience?

General Admission provides basic access to the racecourse and allows you to watch the races, but it does not include experiences such as entertainment, Instagrammable photo spots, or access to F&B outlets. Please note that General Admission is strictly for guests aged 18 and above , children are not permitted in this area. For a more family-friendly and immersive experience, The Garden offers access to live entertainment, beautifully designed Instagrammable spaces, F&B outlets, and activities for kids, making it the ideal choice for a full day out at the races.

Yes, onsite parking is available for guests. To access The Garden parking area, present your Platinumlist ticket at Gate 1. For General Admission, limited parking spaces are available; present your Platinumlist Season Pass at Gate 3 for entry.

Is it accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, it's accessible to people with disabilities. The organizers prioritize inclusivity and ensure that venues are equipped with facilities to accommodate individuals with mobility challenges. Do you offer any ticket discounts for People of Determination for Garden tickets?

To avail discounted PoD tickets, please purchase them at the door on the night of the race.

Is it possible to take food from outside?

No, bringing outside food is not allowed. Attendees are kindly requested to enjoy the variety of food and beverages available inside the venue.

Yes, smoking is allowed only in designated areas

We encourage you to take photos and post them on Social channels @Abudhabiturfclub on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Tik Tok). Please note that purchase of an ADTC ticket constitutes consent for ADTC use any images taken at the venue by our official photographer and videographer. Please be sensitive to guests who may not be comfortable with photos. Photography is the responsibility of the user and ADTC cannot be held responsible for images on social channels out-with the ADTC remit. Flash photography is not permitted.

Is it possible to re-enter?

Upon entry to The Garden, you will receive a wristband that allows re-entry as long as it remains intact on your wrist. For General Admission, each pass permits a single entry per race meeting, and double scanning or re-entry on the same day is strictly prohibited.

Is it possible to return the ticket?

Pass purchases are final. No refunds will be granted after purchase.

Is there alcohol at the event?

THE GARDEN ONLY: Yes, alcohol is available for purchase for persons aged 21 and above from our refreshment bar. Valid ID must be presented upon entry if asked and we reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to individuals at any time. Alcohol cannot be brought into the venue by patrons.

Are ticket prices redeemable against food and beverage at the event?

THE GARDEN ONLY: The value of AED 100 of Adult Tickets is redeemable against food and beverage at the event. Child tickets are not redeemable against food and beverage outlets. Redeemable ticket value cannot be extended or redeemed at any future race meets.

Do you have a Prayer room?

Yes, we have designated rooms for prayer times, ensuring a quiet and respectful space for reflection and worship.

Are there bathrooms at the venue?

Yes, we have bathrooms available for guests on-site, conveniently located for easy access throughout the event.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

For The Garden, we encourage all guests to purchase tickets in advance via Platinumlist. For General Admission, Season Passes must be bought in advance through Platinumlist, although tickets will also be available at the door.
